FAQs

Your questions, answered.

We focus on your goals, run practice questions or a full mock interview, and I give you specific feedback on your answers and delivery.
My Nail Job Interviews package includes everything you need to show up for your next interview with confidence. We’ll start with 30 minutes focused on the foundations of good interviewing skills. I’ll follow up with a meeting recording and supplemental materials to reinforce what you learned. The next meeting will be a mock interview, so you can practice your newfound skills. I believe these two sessions are vital. From there, we can meet for more practice if you’d like. Many people want to meet before big interviews, especially the one where they negotiate the salary for their new job!
Nervousness is one of the most common reasons people come to me. I will help you replace “hot seat” anxiety with curiosity, so you can build real rapport with the interviewer and talk naturally instead of reciting memorized lines.
Yes. During the mock interview, we go through the questions you are likely to face, and I give you direct, honest feedback on your answers and how you come across.
Your answer to this question can set the tone of the interview. Within 2 minutes or less, give an overview of your work history, show enthusiasm for the type of work you’d be doing in this new role, and share evidence of why you’d fit in with this company culture. This is also a good time to get ahead of any “red flags” so you can control the narrative.
You forgot, “Tell me about a failure”! It’s inevitable you’ll be asked some challenging questions during the interview. My approach is to set you up with STAR/CAR examples that will allow you to tackle any question tossed your way. Regarding salary, I’ll teach you how to come up with a range and share it at the right time, in the most effective way. For gaps, we’ll find a way to position them as positive learning/self-development experiences.
Absolutely. Interview coaching works on its own. Many clients pair interview prep with a new resume, but you don’t have to.
As early as possible because we have a lot of foundational terrain to cover. If you only have a day or two, we can work with it, but sooner is better.
Yes. We’ll meet via video chat, so you can work with me from anywhere.
Yes. Video, phone, panel, and in-person interviews each have their own challenges, which we can cover as part of your preparation.
I wish I could say yes, but no coach can promise that. What I can do is make sure you walk in prepared, clear about your strengths, and confident enough to show them.
Your next interview

Prepare with confidence. Interview with purpose.

Great interviews are built through preparation, practice, and confidence, not memorized answers. Book coaching and walk in ready.
